Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere in France 🇫🇷 ! At this point, we are unable to deliver outside of France.

How long does it take to get an order? How does it work?

All orders are processed on our end within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

The delivery time after processing your order varies depending on the product purchased. We strive to organize the fastest possible delivery for all our products. Please visit your product boutique to know the specific delivery time.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard shipping is either completely FREE or FREE over a certain amount (depending on the product you purchase). To find out the delivery cost, visit the product boutique to visit your product page and see the costs associated with your specific item, if any. In all cases, your pricing will be displayed on the checkout page before confirming your order. If an option for expedited shipping is available, separate pricing will be listed for this optional service.

How do I check the status of my order?

There are several ways to check the status of your order for a Gimme Gotta Have product:

1. At the top of your product boutique, click on Suivre ma commande. Enter the order number or tracking number found in your confirmation email. Note that the tracking link may take up to 48 hours to become active.

2. Contact us via the pink chat bubble (when active) at the bottom of the product site or on this site, Gimme Gotta Have. We're happy to assist you in English, as well.

3. Write to us by clicking on Contact at the top of the product site or through our Contact Us form on this site. We will be happy to handle all product inquiries.

What is the withdrawal/return period?

The withdrawal/return period is 14 days from receiving your order.

How do I return, exchange, or withdraw my order?

All returns, exchanges, or withdrawals begin with a message to us. On our Return Policy page, you will find an optional example text that you’re welcome to use. Some important points about returns, exchanges, or withdrawals to remember:

- You have a maximum of 14 calendar days from receiving your product to send it back.

- You are responsible for shipping costs related to the return of your item(s) with some products. Please see the specific product boutique for specific details about these possible costs.

Uh oh. My order is damaged. What do I do?

First of all, we’re really sorry! In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please send us a message as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but we prioritize these types of problems and will try our best to work towards a solution that will make you happy.
